Point being that the election process requires that the candidate demonstrate his/her eligibility to the proper authorities, in this case the Sec’s of State in 50 states. Every state, even Palin’s Alaska, placed Obama on the ballot for consideration by the electorate. He won the vote among the populace, in the electoral college and then the election was certified by the elected members of the legislature. Everything was exactly as outlined by the Constitution.
Also, the Constituion allows for only one means by which to remove the president and that is by Impeachment. No other means. Impeachment must be initiated by the Congress and no successful law suit in the courts can compel the Congress to Impeach.

Nope. Several wrote back to freepers stating it's the political party's job to vet candidates. There are forms that state that he was vetted by the Dems. The forms are sent to the states. They were signed by Pelosi. Some have removed that he passed the eligibility requirements. They were posted on FR.
Natural born status is an intrinsic quality. It is like race. 500 secretaries of state could declare that I am a black man, but I would still remain a blond, blue-eyed, WOMAN!
If Obama is not a natural born citizen he is NOT president. He is a usurper. He is a fraud dressed in the uniform of Commander in Chief. He has no more authority than the Germans who put on officers’ uniforms during WWII’s Battle of the Bulge. He is a criminal who knowingly defrauded millions of Americans out of MILLIONS in campaign donations.
