The photograph of the COLB posted by Factcheck.org shows the back of the COLB which has the following:
"I certify this is a true copy or abstract of the record on file in the Hawaii State Department of Health"It's got a signature (signature stamp?) of Alvin T Onaka.
There's lots of things to go after 0bama about - claiming there's no certification on the COLB isn't one of them.
They have been asked to confirm and state that the Colb is genuine and will not do so. Whatever is printed on it doesn’t matter.
