Here is video of GOP Rep. Dan Burton saying it is an "outrage" and a "miscarriage of justice" that three Navy SEALs have been court-martialed for allegedly roughing up a captured terrorist leader.
Burton says we are "standing justice on its head" by going after these SEALs, when at the same time we are bending over backwards to give "Miranda Rights" to captured terrorists.
Burton says the Al-Qaeda terrorist manual tells operatives to allege abuse if captured, and he is skeptical about whether the SEALs are guilty or not.
Burton has written a letter to Defense Secretary Robert Gates asking him to put a stop to this court martial. If it turns out the SEALs are guilty of roughing the terrorist up, Burton says a "reprimand" would be much more in order than a "court martial." . . . (VIDEO)

They shoulda shot him after cutting his tongue out.
They haven’t been officially court martialed have they?
Don’t you know that our enemies are laughing themselves silly over the total stupidity of our government. And, I know of absolutely no defense for that stupidity.
they should have waterboarded him— with acid
Remember this: Military Justice is to Justice as Military Music is to Music.
Who do we call to raise hell over this???
Thanks for the outstanding clarification. Great job!
I really don’t know. But Burton is right that this is a great injustice that is being done to these brave men.
In all fairness, I think that they’ll get acquitted on all charges in the court martial; it’s a court, not a summary execution. That being said, the charges shouldn’t have been brought in the first place.
I am very glad though that Murtha has shut his mouth this time instead of running it off about the massacre that never happened in Haditha. I’m still mad about that.
