He "means well" ?? " Meaning well" does not mean acting like a child; irresponsibly and with indiffernce to your culpability.

When you let 1100 criminals out early,some of them certifiably dangerous, you risk a single debacle that will negate all previous good intentions. Why would any one person take that kind of risk unless they think they can paper over the consequences?

A sincere Christian speaks the truth and doesn't cover his sins, doesn't point fingers and blame others, isn't manipulative (witchcraft) w/his words. He means well for himself, his political career, not Christianity.
