Australia Rejects Emissions Trading Legislation Again

The Australian Senate has rejected Legislation to impose an Emissions Trading Scheme in an attempt to limit the emissions of carbon dioxide greenhouse gas. This is the second time this Legislation has been placed before the Senate and the second time it has been rejected. Could Australia be the first domino in an attempt to bring some truth into this debate?
