The word of God speaks for it's self and through the study of God's word, yes, we can know some of the ways of God and his will.
The King of Syria was perplexed in how his secret plans to come against Israel was being revealed, until one of his servants told him that it was the prophet Elisha... there are other examples in God's word that the plans of evil men would be exposed..
