I can not get over how much that kid looks like me, at that age, and I was playing with electricity at an early age,
ham radio operator from age 14.
Anyway, what he was doing was pretty harmless, unless he was
barefoot on a wet floor, or he had two knives at one time.
Please don’t say that sticking something in a recepticle is “mostly harmless”. It isn’t.
