* has purposely sealed every bit of past history possible from public knowledge; i.e., college records, scholarships, if any, college theses.
* has been named by Percy Sutton, Malcolm X’s attorney, as being financially supported for his years at Harvard by a Saudi prince
* has personally shown no financial means to pay for the education he received in this country or for his travel to
foreign countries
* has released some records, that have garnered high suspicion as to authenticity
* has NO Columbia college cohorts or friends that can be found, of 400 people that Fox News interviewed
* has paid teams of high powered lawyers nearly $2M to fight lawsuits asking for proof that he is Constitutionally eligible and was to run for and BE in this power office,a critical issue the Founders required to prevent divided national allegiance
* has had his lawyers threaten any plaintiff who wouldn’t back off with severe sanctions for daring to ask the court for rulings on eligibility
* has had his lawyers threaten media networks and journalists when they ask “uncomfortable” questions
* has a past purposely filled with radicals, as he freely
admits he was drawn to; among them, domestic terrorists,
boldly anti-American, Marxist, socialist, anti-Israel,
black theology and Farrakhan Nation of Islam activists
* has compiled an administration filled with the above

He bashes America every chance he gets. He also does NOT respect the pledge of allegiance or the American flag as shown in several photos. The mere fact he's iinvested so much money in preventing anyone and everyone from ever seeing his personal information smacks of something sinister. To date it appears judges are complicit in concealing his documentation and IMHO these judges are traitors to our nation and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law if somehow, some way, some time this issue is blown wide open and there is lawful revelation of this entire conspiracy between Obama and those who protect his true identity and/or documentation.
It could be as simple as the fraudulent college registration as a foreign student, or something much much more devious. His actions betray truth.

Could you please point me to the place in the Constitution or any legislation that states that a person must have two US citizen parents in order to be a natural born citizen?
And if the Constitution is so "direct" on this question, why is it that neither John McCain or Sarah Palin referenced Obama's NBC status during the 2008 election?
And why is it that Chief Justice John Roberts, who I assume to be a better legal scholar than most, elected to deliver the Oath of Office to Obama?

Wow, it was just a few months ago that "birthers" were claiming that it was illegal for Americans to travel to Pakistan in 1981 and now Americans were urged to stay away. What has changed?
As for myself, I have lived, worked in and travelled to at least a dozen countries where there was a State Department travel warning issued. Does that fact make me less of an American and could you point to to the place in the Constitution that prohibits a person who has travelled to a dangerous place from being president?

As you may have read in my previous posts, I would be supportive of any national or state legislation that would require presidential candidates to produce a birth certificate, college transcripts and full medical records prior to their name being placed on a ballot.

And that is why I support a system of "Loser Pays" as far as lawsuits are concerned.
Thus if those pursuing the case against Obama prove their allegation in a court of law, President Obama would have to pay all of the plaintiff's and government's legal fees.
And of those pursuing the case against Obama fail to prove their case, those plaintiffs would have to pay the legal fees of Obama and the government.
Are you a conservative that believes in tort reform, including a system of "Loser Pays?"
