I can just see liberals talking to a group of blacks, trying to keep them in the fold:
“One other thing you people have going for you: If indeed you are stupid or have criminal tendencies, nobody is allowed to say it out loud or point it out. It’s astounding that many blacks don’t realize how stupid the Left assumes them to be. They continue to be sold a bill of goods that will never include striving for prosperity other than what they can receive from the gov’t. or other people.

Feed them just enough to keep them coming back for more.
Scratch them behind the ears once in a while to make them feel loved.
