After trying to read this article, I am so struck by the writers lack of english skills that I doubt he can be trusted to interpret an email. Not that I doubt the premise but it needs to be presented properly to be credible.

I agree!
It was VERY hard to read.
Anyone can make a typo or two, Heaven knows that I do so all the time.
However, it strikes me that this guy doesn't even know when he is wrong.
He has no understanding of grammar.
