I’m just astonished the law exists...in Illinois, no less. I want to know if it there has been any successful prosecution using the law. How would such a thing be proved?

I posted to Condor51, who seems to be an attorney practicing in Illinois, but I just now noticed on his forum page that in order for him to respond to a posted question, he requires said poster to have a home page which is not blank. My home page has a prayer list of Freepers or their family members who are in combat zones. That may not qualify with him.

Condor51: My research reveals far more about me than a home page could. Maybe that will suffice?
