According to the American Historian Will Durant, “Animals claw each other to death, men consume each other by due process of law.” And with that sentiment in mind, it is easy to see why the Obama Administration has made one of the worst foreign policy decisions in American history.
Of course, I am talking about the decision to try terrorists for “crimes” in New York City in a criminal court using the laws of our land. Let us count the ways this decision is beyond negligent; it is a gross dereliction of duty:

I think they may have a motive behind this trial. They are looking for a way to go after Bush and Cheney. How you say?
The waterboarding is torture debate will likely be settled. If it’s decided waterboarding is torture then they can go after the bush admin.
It would appear that fat and happy Americans have forgotten what is treachery. The entire obammy administration has treachery as their fundamental agenda. As Barry said right before the election, ‘We are five days away from fuyndamentally transforming America.’ The sob meant every word of it, too. And his commmie minions are assuring the end of the Republic.

They will go after Bush, but it’s not really about waterboarding.
They think Bush attacked Islam. Islam is taking over. And they mean to punish Bush and US.
Something no one has mentioned yet is the certain threat to the families, and friends of families of the 12 people who will sit on this jury.
And what criteria will be used to find 12 peers.
