I see a lot of speculation with little (No?) attribution. I take this with a grain of salt...and I don’t use salt.
IF there is any truth to the matter, and I think there is based solely on what REPORTERS have published about Obama’s birth status, the people that know without a doubt are the intelligence departments in China, Russia, and Israel.
Obama’s not going anywhere, or doing anything, foreign policy-wise with his administration - a one term affair - as a result. This is why the pressure, legacy-wise, to get Healthcare Reform done. If he fails this, he’s all done period.
Things just keep getting interestinger and interestinger.
I’ve never been a birther but...hmmmm.

Perkins Coie, where Bauer was a partner, is known for the pro bono defense (logged about a third of their total workload) of Salim Ahmed Hamdan, aka Saqr al-Jedawi, Osama Bin Laden’s former chauffeur and good buddy of Nasser Al-Bahri who was linked to the bombing of the American Destroyer U.S.S. Cole. The case, which the law group brought to the Supreme Court: Salim Ahmed Hamdan versus Donald H. Rumsfeld, et al. With charges dropped as unconstitutional, Hamdan was held as an enemy combatant and brought up on new charges July 21, 2008. He was sentenced to five and a half years imprisonment, but had already served five. He was cleared of terrorism and conspiracy charges and transferred to Yemen where he was released January 8, 2009.
The timing of Bauer's appointment coinciding with the Holder decision on the terrorists is a little unnerving.

I don't consider myself a "birther" either, but if I were to assign a label that's more fitting to my take on this issue...it would be "dualer."
That is, I question how one could be a dual national at birth and be considered a "Natural Born Citizen" of the U.S. as intended by the framers.
Maybe they got scared by the truth and decided they didn’t want to go the Vince Foster route.
However, that article doesn’t mention “Paul Tsukiyama, Director of the Office of Information Practices”, which...IMO, is another significant resignation/disappearance.
Could they be worried that THEIR reputations would be ruined when the truth finally comes out?
I should clarify though, that seeing a copy of the actual long form is important as well (along with college records - received school aid as a foreign “exchange” student?). With no indication that he was naturalized (which of course would make him ineligible)...and as “crazy” as it may seem”, we could actually be looking at an illegal alien in the W.H.
Makes me wonder if something wicked coming their way.....soon.
