Vit B and C are water soluble and need replenishment every day.

My doc recommends 1200 Calcium + D as well.

Magnisium helps prevent constipation from the Calcium.

One thing a lot of people do to get more calcium is drink more milk, but they drink low-fat milk, but the body needs fat to absorb the calcium effectively from what I’ve read. Support your local dairy farmer and drink an ice cold glass of MILK. Got milk?
