Here is video of Rudy Giuliani reacting to the decision to try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and other 9/11 co-conspirators in New York.
Giuliani called the decision "dangerous and irresponsible" and said "this should be treated as an act of war." Giuliani compared it to "trying the people who attacked us in Pearl Harbor in a Hawaii court, as opposed to dealing with them as warriors who were soldiers at war with us."
Giuliani also commented on the Fort Hood terrorist attack, saying, "a week ago we had another Islamic terrorist attack on our soil, and why this administration has trouble figuring that out when the man yelled out "Allah Akbar" while he was murdering people, I find that frighteningly incompetent." Khalid Sheikh Mohammad says he’s the mastermind of 9/11. Great. Take him out and shoot him. He gets to be a matyr. We save a few hundred grand.
Better yet, maybe he should just disappear. Oops! This is America. The place is big. We misplace things sometimes.
Going to focus the rage of the entire muslim world on New York.
This “Obama Show Trial” is just part of the Apology Tour.
Rudy just told the world how dangerous B. Hussein Obama is to the United States.
A statement from former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani concerning todays news that Guantanamo Bay detainees will face trial here in New York:
Returning some of the Guantanamo detainees to New York City for trial, specifically Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, has now brought us full circle we have regressed to a pre-9/11 mentality with respect to Islamic extremist terrorism. Khalid Shaikh Mohammed should be treated like the war criminal he is and tried in a military court. He is not just another murderer, or even a mass murderer. He murdered as part of a declared war against us America.
This is the same mistake we made with the 1993 terrorists who attacked the World Trade Center. We treated them like domestic criminals, when in fact they were terrorists. In the dangerous world we live in today, a nation unable to identify and properly define its enemies is a nation in danger. Rudy Guliani
