Several of my calls were form the media. Some were from folks that said I should be in jail. Part of the fallout from Rathergate.

You sound like my sister in WV so I would say OH, PA, WV or VA. She has gone from home schooling to Private school.

OH. Seems like quite a few called. Was Dan one of them? He’s still whining but, IIRC, his lawsuit was thrown out. Thanks for that info. I would never had thought ‘they’ would go to that extreme, they get so vile when a lie is exposed.
Did you see this?

Its not worth it. I had a profile until I realized that there were some here who would use any personal bit of information against you. Even though its been gone for years, at least one unscrupulous FReeper has used it to mine for information. That is more or less why I don't have a profile. That, plus I have nothing to say about myself.

My posting history is all you need to know my philosophy or anything else relevant. Deconstruct and research my user name if you really need anything more.

Someone once complained that I didn’t have a profile, so I fixed it. But somehow, they still weren’t satisfied. You can’t please everyone, I guess.

The same goes for posting history. I sometimes think it would be wise to put some kind of limit on how far back the history goes... or allow one to lock out old posts.A few years ago I was "multi-tasking" and accidentally pasted and posted some contractual language from documents I was preparing for the company I worked for. Nobody seemed to notice, which told me a bit about how interested people are in what I have to say.

I started to put in my profile that I was a stunningly beautiful 28 year old, blue eyed brunette, law degree, independently wealthy, gun collector and have a houseful of dogs. But I decided people would eventually discover from my posts that I was lying, except the part about the dogs.

Well, I've had a number of wackies go waaaaaaaay back into my posting history looking for dirt to bring up in a current thread discussion. Some people just have too much time on their hands.
What one posts on a particular thread should be what is relevant to a current discussion, not what one thought about something 3 years ago.

Here’s a nice doggy story to start the day with.
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/world/Afghanistan/article6913626.ece
“....An Australian special forces explosives detection dog has been found after going missing in action in Afghanistan 14 months ago.
Sabi, a four-year-old black labrador, was returned to the Australian base at Tarin Kowt after an American soldier found her wandering in a remote area of the southern province of Oruzgan last week......”

Well, the dude that started this thread asked a question and then only talked back with a couple of posters.
I guess he just wanted to drop his pants and say “Look at me”.
My two posts to Joe were based on his profile, which was the overall idea of this thread. :-)
