Hi again. I’m so sorry I said I had already followed the instructions you sent. They looked identical to the ones I had copied from an online technical help site, but they were different. Yours contained two or three extra steps, which were the right ones. When I logged again after following your directions, the error messaqe didn’t come up for the first time in weeks. Wow; thank you SOOO much. I still can’t play videos; I guess that must be a different problem. Maybe I’m missing a plug in. I’ll go and try to find it. In the meantime, thanks again.
