I felt (and still feel) that if we continue to allow our mouths to be taped shut and our voices to be silenced by the ever-looming shadow of political correctness that the blood that our forefathers (and for that matter, all of the soldiers currently fighting for us) shed for us will have all been in vain. The only way to end this scourge is to take the stigma out of the words racist and bigot. Political correctness wins when people won’t speak up out of fear of being called a racist or bigot. Much like blacks took ownership of the now infamous N word. I am a bigot. So what? I may be a little bit racist, too. Sue me.
