Boortz supports stuff like gay marriage and labels anyone who does not as a bigot, Doc Savage made his feelings and views known on the matter and they ain’t exactly Boorzian..
Doc got pulled from the local station, he stopped doing 3 hours live and his show was being re-run constantly so I just stopped listening, and of course, Boortz the mo-ron took his place.
I can't take anyone seriously who has that POV.
Boortz is tolerable, but he often insults his listeners, talks too much about golf and brags about his wealth.
Boortz’s assistant Royal Marshall used to have a show cxalled “The Royal Treatment” which got cancelled and replaced by Savage. I’m sure that also had something to do with Neal’s vitriol.

Boortz portrays himself as a libertarian, but in many respects he is libertine. When it comes down to the “values voters” he is a mean-spirited a bigot as you will find on radio. He often rails against tax-and-spend lefties, but his true venom is reserved for “crazies” who “have to get over their obsession with unborn babies”, faith, common decency, etc. His Christophobia is something to behold. I used to listen to him late at night, but have had no trouble giving that up once I got it that his hatred is reserved for conservative Christians. Wonder what happened to him (or what he is doing now) to cause this level of disgust? Plus, his show features the execrable Jamie Dupree, who never has anything critical to say about the thugs in Washington, which is pretty much in keeping with his status in the press brothel of Capitol Hill.
I tune in to Savage every now and then to see what he is talking about and if he is lucid. If he is, and the topic interests me, I will listen for a while until his manic intensity makes me turn the channel.
