WASHINGTON, D.C. Congressman Michael McCaul (R-TX 10) joined a bipartisan front voting against H.R. 3962, the Democrats $1.3 trillion takeover of the American healthcare system. The bill passed the U.S. House by a slim 220-215 margin, with only one Republican voting in favor and 39 Democrats opposing. Rep. McCaul co-sponsored and voted for the Republican alternative plan.
