Would the GOP in NY be able to sue her for breach of contract? There was an agreement and money was given to her. Seems to me dropping out and endorsing the opponent would be a breach. But then, what do I know!Unless the GOP actually TOLD her to do what she did. She wouldn't have won anyway, she was trailing both Owens and Hoffman severely, and had Hoffman won the GOP would have been put on notice to an even greater degree than they were. It could very well be that if they were convinced Scuzzy couldn't win, an Owens win would be vastly preferable to Hoffman.

I'm not an attorney and I delight in telling lawyer jokes as much as the next guy, but I've got say, there's a lawsuit in here somewhere! If the GOP put her up to this then they should be sued.

I don’t think the party leaders yet understand that the conservative base is teetering on wide-scale abandonment of the party. Without conservatives, the GOP has zero chance of winning any race. Any where.
