Stage 1:
Start immigrating - move into a country quietly

Stage 2:
Begin starting Mosques: “learning centers” community helps: food etc.

Stage 3:
Political activism: demanding rights, denounce derogatory comments/press etc.

Stage 4:
Get elected, pass laws favoring rights etc. move toward political majority

Political control, Sharia Law

As late as the 1950’s and 60’s you would find many Hamtramck shop signs in Polish and hear Polish spoken on the street.

Hard to believe that Muslims are that strong in Hamtramck. Used to be predominantly Polish ethnically, with smattering of other Eastern European ethnics, as Michigan folks probably know. In fact, some claim that it was carved out of Detroit to give its citizens of Polish extraction local self rule. (Please correct me on that if I'm wrong.) So what's been going on there probably mimics what's going on in parts of Europe, it would seem.
