And, Democrat Michael R. McNulty represented NY-23 from 1989-1993. I wonder what happened to end taht Dem's term there in 1994? I seem to recall a national policy issue that was on the table back then that a whole lot of Dems lost their seats over....what was it, what was it? I can't seem to remember.
