With Hoffman surging at the end, seems hard to believe absentee ballots would erase the Owens lead. Am I wrong?

According to this

http://www.watertowndailytimes.com/article/20091103/NEWS09/911039947

It’s only 5800 that need to be counted.
Unless they are all military, I’m not sure they will make a difference.

Now it’s time to throw out the Republican Party leadership that put up the phony Republican that siphoned away votes and caused Hoffman to lose.

11k ballots will not be enough to turn this one our way.

It's over. The Democrat won a GOP seat. Blame the Stupid Party for more infighting and lack of cohesion.

They'll be a lot of finger pointing and blame game, but bottom line is BOTH conservatives and moderates better find a way to play nice together. The public is in an anti-Democrat/Obama mood.

Well, 2 out of 3 AIN'T BAD!!

We have only just begun.

All in all, Hoffman put in a nice showing for coming so late to the party.

The revolution against MARXISM begun on 11/3/09.

It will be finished in 2012!

This whole thing was a fiasco from the start thanks to the stupid GOP.

Hoffman was a virtual unknown three weeks ago and almost pulled it out. One never knows what the result would have been with 900 grand in Hoffman’s pocket rather than the Liberal RINO loser that was nominated.

Its over, Owens has this one. Hoffman has not been closer than 3% since the night began, even if the absentee ballots are heavily in his favor he can’t make up the 5k vote deficite he is at.

Blame the Republican Party, had they put him up to begin with those 5.5% votes that went to DEDE by straight party voters would have been his and R/Conservatives woould have held the seat.

Have to enjoy the RINO kill tonight, and know that the seat is back on the docket next year, and hopefully won’t have the crap next time.

The absentee ballots won’t help and will likely hurt, as most will come from when Dede was still in the race and polling 20-30%.
