Sounds like those stories you hear about half of marriages end in divorce. Half the marriages end in divorce because of the minority who engage in “serial” marriages, a la Liz Taylor. Probably have kids whose family consistently go on and off food stamps over time making it appear “half” of kids will be on the program.

Kids of Divorce may actually have more.

The state likes to rape fathers to give to the mothers. So I wouldn't be surprised to see more adult men on food stamps because of divorce. But not kids.

But I did see this coming. I told my brother last week that half the country would be on welfare before Obama is done. The attack on business is filtering down to the kids.

I dunno, I can honestly say I know a hell of alot more divorced people than I do couples in a first marriage. First marriages are 50% likely to end in divorce. For second marriages that stat goes up to like 75% and so on from there.
