That’s not the pledge. Show us the pledge.

the pubbies broke their contract with the people. Two wrongs make a right? That's not a conservative principle.

On July 22nd, the Republican Party nominated Scozzafava, an Assemblywoman whose liberal views on many issues do not reflect the views of the majority of the districts Republicans. This nomination was tainted by a breach of trust carried out by a key party insider, liberal Republican Assemblywoman Janet Duprey, who also serves as the chairman of the Clinton County Republican Committee. Best read your own source Mojave. It does not validate your claims about Hoffman, rather it does validate those critical of Dede.

Have I got a copy [of the pledge]? Nope. Just numerous biased witnesses and second-hand sources to his pledging to support the nominee.

Note to all concerning this claim by this NY publication:
Who would know better whether Scozzafava was “quietly” sending her supporters to Owens or not: Owens supporters or “Republicans”?
To: Mojave
The word ‘pledge’ doesn’t even appear in that article.

Best read your own source Mojave. It's a source on YOUR side. That's why I used it. Even it admits that Hoffman made the pledge.

Just like you, they don’t have the actual pledge. Only self-serving reports that one exists.

EternalVigilance posts Owens, Democrat propaganda.
...and poster after poster (except Tonytitan) falls for it.
According to New York Daily News,
Dede's Democratic Preference?
......................."At 10 p.m. last night - right in the middle of the Halloween festivities -
Scozzafava's husband, Ron McDougall, president of the Jefferson/Lewis/St. Lawrence Central Labor Council issued a statement through the AFL-CIO that he
is endorsing Owens against Conservative candidate Doug Hoffman.
According to his statement, it basically all comes down to support of the labor movement's top priority, the Employee Free Choice Act and its controversial card-check provision, which Owens and Scozzafava supported - much to the chagrin of the right - and Hoffman pointedly does not. ".......................
With her husband supporting the Dem, Owens, I'd call that a not so quiet of an endorsement.
