At one point she was asked about Dowd’s column calling Republicans racists...she said that this kind of talk comes from the older generation, and that her generation (I chuckled at her slam at Dowd) does not look at race at all.

My wife and I stood up and cheered then fell down laughing at th Dowd incident- it was brilliant.
