If you didnt notice it, Bret Baier of Fox News added a little zinger when he signed off tonight. Instead of Fair and Balanced, it was Fair, Balanced and Unafraid. It was an obvious reference to the threats coming from the White House.

Brit used to sign off that way, too - not new, but Bret picked up on it.

they used to include “unafraid” up until a couple years ago(well before Obama came on the scene) after “fair and balanced” and stopped for some reason

Yeah--heard Bret say it yesterday, and CHEERED!
IIRC, Special Report (with Brit Hume) started during the impeachment days of Clinton, but I don't remember the first time I heard Hume sign off with "fair, balanced, and unafraid"--but it sure works now!

They’ve been using that on and off for a while now. Seems like Brit Hume used to use it.

That’s Brit Hume’s old sign-off and Brett picked it up. It’s practically as old as Fox News.
