Yes he did and yes he can. You see those drug makers were afraid to give an untested vaccine to the public because it is too dangerous and lawsuit risky. Only the government that loves us and wants to take care of us even better than our mommies and daddies, would take the risk of an untested vaccine for “mild” flu. The 0bama administration (thugs) has seemingly overnight created an entity that may soon be to big to fail. They must be stopped and thrown out/voted out of D.C. on their collective a$$es. All funds and assets of ACORN should be confiscated and divided up amongst the American people.
