The judge is going to write his ruling, then hand it to a clerk who's going to enter it into the official record, and then into the case management system known as PACER. No one is going to be "in the courtroom" and no one is going to "put restrictions on Orly about letting the news get out".
Plaintiff's and Defense counsel are going to find out about the decision the exact same time as everyone else - when it's posted on PACER. If it's not on PACER, then there's no decision.
