Here is an outstanding video slideshow from Military Moms for America that demands President Obama to give our troops what they need to succeed in their mission and to be as safe as possible. The video asks for help in calling on President Obama to "act without delay," and to "listen to his commanders in the field in Afghanistan and give our Troops the support they need for victory."

Are they all over the Today show and morning news, with anchors giving them every opportunity to speak out? I suspect not. But when the 9/11/01 widows critical of Bush had something to say, they were front and center right in the middle of the 2004 campaign. Kerry got countless free advertising from them.

he's not willing to spend an unbudgeted penny on the military because congress is already trying to pull a rabbit out of a hat to make it appears that his healthcare mandate can be funded

I think this is the ugly secret behind his dithering and squeaks about “waiting” until Afghanistan has a fairly elected government.

Would Roosevelt have insisted the nazis, fascists, and vichy French be overthrown and new govts installed before committing the US to D-day?
