Kind of like Pickle in the SCOTUS clerk’s office last year, filtering information to the Justices. But word will get to Judge Carter, if he doesn’t already know by now ... That said, this is also one of those things that a shrewd attorney may use AT THE RIGHT TIME ... like right when the US Attorney’s office says or does something that smacks of collusion — just heap on some more. So this can’t be a coincidence? There’s probably hundreds of partners in the firm. Or is it that he got his marching orders from Bauer to game this case?
I’m just saying, I read the transcript of the pleadings this weekend, and Carter didn’t seem too enamored of Orly’s pleadings. Do they really need this junior partner to help along their nefarious plans?
