Well, since it was revealed on fr that carter was a clinton appointee back when this case started, all my reservations are back up..even if carter is a Marine. This goes beyond unethical... He may now have to remove himself from the case. (Probably obama’s attys intention) sheesh...if carter didn’t know about this, his staff needs to be admonished.

John Murtha was a Marine. It didn’t stop him from being an unethical scumbag.
(And, NO, I am not accusing Judge Carter of anything.)
I always figured that this has gone so far and obama has put so much energy into blocking any, and every, avenue to the truth, that this wasn’t going to succeed either for WHATEVER reason.
obama is NOT going to produce anything and he, backed by some of the most corrupt power brokers in the history of this country, has made doubly sure that no one can force him to.
This is a COUP. It has not mattered one whit to him how blatant his machinations are and this is just one more.
Having said that, it looks as though this merry-go-round will just keep spinning...and spinning out of anyone’s control.
There have been many things about all these cases I have been suspicious of, including some of the plaintiffs.
