So, it only takes common sense to observe the self-evident truth that 2c is nothing but an a$$-covering facade by the city’s corrupt managerial syndicate.

The city buys everything around here because it turns out to be profitable to do so. Biggest income earner in CS is Memorial Hospital without any doubt about it. Don’t let park scenes and dogs pissing on things cloud your mind. We should support our right to approve taxation and to close the loopholes that they use to get their taxes in “fees” instead. I don’t think anyone wants to bring down the city, so when they manage thier way out of the hole that they put themselves into, we’ll give them the money....with all due respect.
