God lets things go to hell every 20-30 years so we realize we need Him. The Old Testament says this happens two or three times in a persons life.
Like 1980-81, God is going to swoop in and radically change things in a matter of months. Fear not and be strong!
As the Psalms say: He will judge with righteousness and justice.
It always gets darkest right before the dawn.
I don’t think God get’s involved in politics myself.
