Actually, you are incorrect. There have been responsible people talking about Natural Born Status based on Obama’s parentage for a long time now. Donofrio is one of them. He actually got so frustrated with the whole Birther thing, regarding the Hawaiian birth certificate he dropped out. He is the guy who was stating from the beginning that he didn’t have the parentage to qualify for NBC. So he has taken the opportunity that Hawaii has granted with its UIPA laws and the openings presented to do two things. 1) Prove Obama was born in Hawaii. Which I happen to believe as well. and that 2) his Dad is British. It is #2 that matters.
You have to have parents with American Citizenship and be born in the United States or its territories in order to be a Natural Born Citizen. That means TWO parents. The word is in its plural form because it is referring to MORE THAN ONE!
Obama does not have that.
