His mother’s divorce pleading shows he was the legal responsibility of Lolo Soetoro in 1979 and all the way until 1980 when her divorce was granted. He was also more likely going by the name Barry Soetoro, Indonesian, when he applied to Occi. But the journmalist seems to want to misdirect readers to a fantasy claim.

Yep. The massive suppression of documents is most likely driven mainly by the political liability of the previous life of Barry Soetoro, citizen of Indonesia, resident alien. Born in the USA? Maybe, maybe not. But the problem is what transpired later: Amended BC? Schools? College? Passport? Did he naturalize? Change his name legally to BHO? Many questions along this line!
