That's all well and good, but little jeremiah's stated claim was that that spelling once appeared in an actual, approved campaign advertisement for Obama. Not just some random foreign news story about the guy, but usage straight from the man's own campaign. The implication being that since the campaign thought the spelling was OK, maybe the East African Standard's identical spelling shouldn't be treated as a mistake.
And so far, not only has nobody been able to produce such an ad, nobody's been able to provide any details *about* it either.
Even the White House is NOT sure who he is:

Someone might want to look into whether an impostor took President Obama’s place during his trip to Russia
In a release touting an agreement between Obama and President Dmitry Medvedev over how to craft a follow-up to the START arms reduction treaty, the White House claimed the document had been signed by one “Barak Obama.”

If you wnat to find the ad, look through the long thread here. Or just read for dozens of hourss.
Or don’t.
I could give a flying ****. I do not care what you think, what you believe, or what you write. I will not read your comments any more; I only read the one you responded to my assertion about seeing the two R’s. Now I’m back to not reading any comments by any 0bama suckup.
Remain in the darkness if that is your desire. Everyone gets what they want, combined with what they deserve. It’s the law of karma, or as you sow, so shall you reap.
Have fun reaping!
How about this one?
