Fred Armisen usually does a great obama voice. Check any of his past skits.

For some reason he purposely used his own voice. Maybe he didn’t like the content.

SNL should get "white comedian" Paul Shanklin to play Zero. He does a great Obama impersonation on Rush's show.

(or does Shanklin only write the songs and someone else sings them?)
