a. It is time to clear out ALL voter rolls. EVERYONE must re-register from scratch so that a “CLEAN” voter roll can be created.
b. No absentee voting. Eliminates “Dead People” voting.
c. All military votes can be faxed into registrar of voter office.
d. All voting precincts are open from 00:01 a.m. until 23:59 on voting day. This will diminish television network news ability to depress western voters by calling winners in eastern states at 17:00 pacific time.
e. Everyone affixes their fingerprint to their voter registration for use in determining duplicate registrations.
f. At the voting precinct, in addition to signature,
** EVERYONE ** must provide a fingerprint for post-election comparison to other voters’ fingerprints to insure no multiple voting citywide, statewide, country-wide.
g. Anyone found voting fraudulently loses their thumb.
h. Like Iraq, indelible purple ink on your index finger.
i. As you leave the voting booth, a 2-up peel-off receipt sticker printed out with a random transaction ID. One half of the sticker you paste to the same register that you signed before you voted, the other half you keep so that you can use it to pull up your vote ONLINE at the Secretary Of State’s web site to make sure that your vote was counted. Kind of like what the pharmacist does when you pick up your prescription, the pharmacist applies the sticker on the register and you sign right next to it.
j. If, after running the post-election comparison of all fingerprints, there are duplicate fingerprints for two or more votes, then the vote is removed by transaction ID. If enough fraudulent votes are found to reverse and election, then the winner must step down.
