Ya, I thought the liberals loved Jane Fonda and her consorting with the enemy. I thought they considered it the highest form of patriotism for her to go to N. Vietnam. Now they are using that as an example of a bad event that upsets the plans of a president???????

Wasn’t it Obama himself who spent the last 9 months talking about how bad America is?
What do these guys expect when they demean America at every opportunity?

Who cares what these COM-SYMPS say, there is no spinning this as anything other than a COLOSSAL REPUDIATION of the COMMUNIST IN CHIEF and the PRINCETON EDUCATED beast he calls wife.

I don't think Chicago ever even a serious contender. We've had more than our fair share of Olympics in US. The only thing we are rejoicing is that Obama made it all about him him and ended up looking like an ass!!!

And I wonder if the plans to hold the Olympics in the heart of Chicago’s bad neighborhoods affected the decision.
I heard they planned to give out free transit passes to Olympic visitors in Chicago, to encourage a “green” games. But there’s no way visitors familiar with the city, staying in downtown hotels, for exmaple, would take the “L” train to the South side, then get off the train, wait for a bus in a bad neighborhood, and take a bus to the Olympic site. Did they plan to provide armed escorts for everyone taking public transportation to the Olympics??????
I know they hoped for urban renewal and all that as part of the Olympic construction, but, sad to say, the youth gangs who affect big parts of Chicago don’t give a blank.

Axelrod is blaming it on "politics in the Olympic Committee".
IOC will love that

So we didn’t get the Olympics - who cares?
Interesting that the left feels like it’s just entitled to it because their guy is in charge - meanwhile they don’t care that the third world is getting screwed (again).

I’m deeply saddened that the United States did not get the 2016 Olympics. I was looking forward to President Palin welcoming the world to Chicago!
Also, Rush calls that show the one with the horse, Mr. Ed.

Did anyone tell this guy that no one could tell the IOC a thing?
If every republican wrote a letter to all of them but they didn’t want to give the games to us, they wouldn’t have.
The Olympics are fun to watch but have sucked money from every host city after Sydney. They can keep them.

First of all, I wasn't aware that the GOP didn’t want the Olympics. Personally, I could care less about the Olympics. I suspect that I'm not alone in my lack of interest in the Olympics. If Chicago wanted the Olympics, that's fine with me. My problem was with Obama. With all the problems that we have in this country and in the world, why would the POTUS spend that time, energy, and money on games? I suggest that the POTUS be more concerned about Iraq, Iran, North Korea, and Afghanistan than whether or not Chicago gets the Olympics. Our troops are dying in Afghanistan. Why not show as much interest in them as some games in Chicago. Not all the Olympics combined are worth the price of a single American soldier.

Is he the Shultz that was on Hogans Heroes?
This is the Ed Schultz that looks, acts and sounds just like Chris Farley's 'Matt Foley' character

Here’s hoping that the Obama fellators over at M S&M NBC get the chance to channel the departed Peter Jennings and declare on November 2, 2010 that the voters threw a temper tantrum ala November 1994. Then Olbermann, Matthews, and Schultz can lock themselves in a room to grieve with Mistress Rachel while she attaches their dog collars and nipple clamps.

Did Sydney turn a profit? I thought Los Angeles 1984 was the only one that did.
