In fascism (at least in the Italian/Spanish model), the corporation controls the government.
In socialism, the government controls the corporation. Communism is simply socialism at gunpoint.
Either way, you end up in a totalitarian nightmare. The problem is evident: centralized power is bad, regardless of what shape it takes.

Untrue. In that model, the state controlled everything, and gave the illusion that companies still had a say in things. It was only slightly better than Nazi Fascism.
