This Kenya police shake-up happened just after Lucas revealed the clear copy of the BC and swore out an affidavit that he paid off a “military official” (hey, could be police official) to look the other way while he obtained the BC. If Lucas is telling the truth, and the Kenya police were supposed to be protecting the records, they would be in trouble.

The BC is more valuable to hold over Obama for bribes and blackmail than it would be to release, I suspect.

Kenya could force Obama to pay lots of money indefinitely or to take actions that he wouldn't otherwise take. That is why it is so important that the President not be susceptible to blackmail, supposedly all part of the vetting process.
