They lost me when they said that we HAVE to vote for the GOP,and do they mean even if a so called "RINO"(*refer to footnote*) wins the primary?Thats kinda the strategy that got us here in the first place, "You can`t allow the Democrat to win,its better to vote Republican and then just weed the bad ones out later".

OH! Ok, so its down to a choice of the lesser of two evils!I get it now, but, seems to me I`ve heard that strategy before?

*Given the post Reagan, GOP administrations, the use of Conservative In Name Only seems MUCH MORE appropriate an acronym. "RINO" implies,WRONGLY SO, that the Republicrats ARE conservatives,let alone the ONLY party that deserves the title of "conservative".

You mis-heard or mis-understood. Did Rush say to vote for a RINO? NO! He said we must take over the GOP rather than run off to start a 3rd party. If we take over the GOP and nominate CONSERVATIVE candidates, then we shouldn't have many RINOs to worry about

Which do you think would be easier? Winning elections with a new 3rd party? Or re-taking the GOP and nominating many more conservatives? It's a no-brainer.

We have to be involved in the primaries so we can help make sure we have sincere, competent, and conservative candidates.

To be clear, we have to be involved in SELECTING the people who run in the primary... We have to help good candidates get TO the primary...

It is not enough merely to vote in the primary, for by then, you’re likely to be stuck choosing which RINO candidate you want to run.

That means the time to be involved is now.

Right?
