There is no evidence they are from Serbia, apart from their puzzling use of the Serbian coat of arms. They listed offices in DC and Santa Ana, CA.
Their lawyer is an Iranian-American who ran for congress as a democrat in 2000.

OK so that makes it all OK. Thanks for clearing that up.

And controlled by Obama? That’s HIS plan. To privatize local police forces. That’s insane.

Where do you get the idea thay’re from Serbia? The original story you posted was claiming they’re Russian. From reading this thread, they appear to be neither. They seem to be some small time Blackwater-type outfit that talked this small town into a contract for running their empty prison. Any town that builds a prison on spec needs some new town dads, but I’m not seeing any black helicopters. These small-town politicians do some stupid things. For example, my own town “leaders” proposed an $11 million bond issue to build a new high school and improve several other school buildings and property, despite enrollment being about a third what it was 4years ago when I went to school. The bond issue failed miserably, and the next year, the middle school was closed, and the 7th to 9th grades were sent to the high school, which had lots of empty rooms. The Mayor recently left town, but unfortunately, the “development director” who swore he would leave town if the bond issue failed is still here and still at the public trough.

That should be 40 years ago. I graduated from this same high school in 1971.

Im simply asking questions. Who is American Police Force? Why did they scrub their website today? Is Steve Quayle a reliable source of info?

Mr. Quayle broke the story about the giant that was captured in Afghanistan and transported back to the U.S. by our military. Yes, he’s very reliable...

I was giving out the proper e-mail address because they were concerned that someone took the website off the internet.
That's all
I have never even heard of Steve Quayle. You must have me confused with someone else.

First of all, I agree that the town of Hardin has been overwhelmed by this bizarre event.
Second, I had NO interest in this story whatsoever UNTIL, and BEFORE, it appeared on FR, I got a call from overseas from someone who is an authority on terrorist groups AND their logos. There are over 4,000 of them.
He told me to check out the APF site BECAUSE they were using the ALBANIAN KLA logo, NOT the Serbian logo that is up there now, and he was pretty freaked.
It had nothing to do with Steve Quayle who was unknown to me until now, NOTHING to do with Alex Jones who is anathema to most aspects of the truth, and it had nothing to do with the article on Free Republic.
The original reports on this “invasion” of Hardin by this entity, came from CBS news and AP, WITH film, long before Alex and the Goonies jumped on it.
This entity was hastily formed almost immediately after the announcement that Hardin would be used as a detention facility for Gitmo prisoners. The timing is suspect, even for a small entrepeneur.
How many small entrepeneurs do YOU know that can show up in three Mercedes SUVs, (preferred vehicle for terrorists, BTW,) has an affiliation with another group who has been on the Saudi FLO list since 2005, and has a muslim attorney with numerous contacts in Iran?
It appears that what Alex Jones and the Goonies have done is to call an untoward amount of attention to this group. Prior to all the attention, they were relatively unknown, even AFTER they went rolling into Hardin.
SINCE attention has shifted to them, they took down the site, REdid it and removed the KLA logo in favor of the Serbian logo which NOW gives the appearance, as some on this thread have rightly pointed out, of being ANTImuslim.
The did not change the other logo on their site which is still a facsimile of the ALBANIAN double eagle, wings UP, not down.
The guy that the cryptogon site pointed to, eangelino, and says he is all over the net is correct, and I have seen this pattern before. Stick your fingers into a little bit of everything so the one or two things you are serious about are not questioned. It is a favorite ploy for anyone trying to stay UNDER the radar by being TOO visisble. What’s more, it WORKS.
Now. IF this facility is actually going to be used to house the worst of the worst at some point, what better way to do recon of the area, prepare a long term plan, and take over this small town and the area surrounding it before anyone has a clue what is happening?
You can dismiss this as a hoax, but WHAT is/was the hoax? And WHAT is/was the purpose for it? There IS money behind this.
Oddly, it might be the ONE thing Alex and the Goonies have actually managed to thwart by going hysterical for all the wrong reasons.

I would like to see the police in every town, county and state privatized. The government run police departments are incompetent and way too expensive. If the police were privatized, the cost for police would be reduced drastically and the results of police work would be vastly improved.
Sort of like the difference between Federal Express and the post office, but without the post office.
I passed this on to one of my brothers who spent 30 years in law enforcement before retiring, and he raised three red flags and couldn't believe that the people in Montana of all places would go for something like this.
The first problem he brought up is that they will try to get their labor, the police officers, as cheaply as possible, while trying to charge Hardin as much as possible. That means lower quality law enforcement. Anybody who has been around PMCs has seen their fair share of low-quality hires. Reading up on the background, what little there is, of this 'American Police Force' company and looking at their website, they look pretty low-rent. We've seen this time and again with private jail and prison facilities in the US as well.
The second and even bigger problem is that they are not sworn in to protect and serve the citizens of Hardin, Montana. They are paid to generate revenue for their bosses in California. The more revenue they generate the happier their bosses are and the more they get paid. That means more arrests (should they truly take over policing of Hardin) and more people in the prison/jail facility. That means they will go after as many arrests/fines as they can, no matter how ridiculous or illogical it maybe in many cases. Why shouldn't they? Their bosses in California don't have to take the heat that a small-town sheriff or police chief would normally take.
Then there is the issue of accountability which ties directly into point #2, and this bothers my brother (and myself) as much or more than the first two. Take my son for instance. He's in in the Marines in Afghanistan. My brother's son just got back from Iraq. If a soldier or Marine harms an innocent civilian there, he can be in a world of trouble and could possibly even do jailtime and be dishonorably discharged. If he was a private contractor, he's not going to do any jailtime if he hurts an innocent civilian. He might be booted out of Afghanistan or Iraq, his contracting company might have to pay a fine, but that's about it. People act different when their company is held accountable rather than them being the ones in trouble.
