Child services constantly drop the ball.. the adopt out kids as soon as they can because they get more money for every child they adopt. The leave kids in abusive homes to get killed, or they take kids from perfectly good homes because the child is homeschooled or too religious.
Government is incapable of acting in the best interest of citizens. It must at all times act in its own best interest and the interests of its officials if it is to survive.
The first law of all bureaucracy is to sustain itself at all and any cost. This is precisely why government must be overthrown periodically to insure the safety and freedom of the people. We are clearly at such a time and place in the history of our society.
