I’m no fan of the anti-smoking fascists, but could you explain why you refer to them as “modern eugenicists”? I can see applying that label to a pro-abortionist, but I’m just not seeing the parallel you are drawing in this case.

Those weren't my words. That was whoever is in charge at Forces words. But I see no need to back down from the statement. Let me explain this to you, the goal is to coerce people to quit smoking by whatever means is necessary. Lies, coercion, denormalization. It's all fair game.
