There has been a lot of talk about “predatory lending” in the mortgage crisis and ensuing economic collapse.
Now that we have ACORN on tape counseling various felonies, can we tie them to “predatory counseling?” Clearly they’ve crossed the line from how to “work the system” into fraud on the O’Keefe/Giles tapes. Can we review the applications of bad mortgages where they counseled the applicants and identify cases where ACORN helped defraud the mortgage companies and stick America with the bill?

Seems likely as part a RICO suit. Essentially, they were telling Hannah and James how to get a ninja loan, IMO.
Makes a person wonder what is on the tapes that haven’t been released yet!
