I was using Corel Paint Shop Pro back then. They stopped supporting my version (X) so now I use Gimp 2. I don’t know if it has similar fonts or not. I don’t believe that was an original Microsoft font.

That gothic style lettering was perfect for those Germanic words. That old German script is called Fraktur. I've had to read a bunch of it in my theological studies.
