Ray Croc set up his McDonald's restaurants that way from the beginning. IIRC, they laid out a huge piece of paper on a gymnasium floor, and plotted every movement and placement of equipment.

I worked in a job that got so efficient that I had to quit. As long as the machines were breaking down, I was happy making overtime. They eventually updated the failing machinery, and added quite a few hydrolic machines that increased efficiency. It got to where there was no overtime anymore. That's when I left.

That's what Lenin doesn't mention. It's a free country. You can find other work. He makes people out to be useless wastrels. Some are, I guess.

>>enslavement and oppresion of workers in Marxist countries.

The fundamental difference between American Governmance and State-Communism is that the purpose of American Governance is to secure the inalienable rights of the Individual; whereas State-Communism subjugates the individual for the benefit of the state and state "projects" - to wit:

"The death of a 20-year-old young woman is intuitively worse than that of a 2-month-old girl, even though the baby has had less life.  The 20-year-old has a much more developed personality than the infant, and has drawn upon the investment of others to begin as-yet-unfulfilled projects."
--Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, Obama Administration Chief Healthcare Adviser.
Quack, waddle... state-communism - where individuals are merely "investments for projects".

The capitalist obtains an enormous profit, but the workers toil four times as hard as before and wear down their nerves and muscles four times as fast as before.

And here is where the propaganda kicks in. By doing things like raising the work bench and giving the worker assistants it makes it LESS hard for him to the same amount of work. He is not working 4 times 'harder'. He is just being 4 times more efficient. Why give someone a 4 times pay raise for that? Might as well higher 3 more people.

Commies make me sick. They spout this kind of crap but if they are in power they SHOOT people for not working hard enough and then send their family to slave labor camps.

I really appreciate these clear and direct lessons in Marxism. I know these things in concept and you put them in concrete terms of operation. Thank you for your effort on the behalf of freedom.
